The St. Pete Beach Raw Beginnings

The crew at Vida de Cafe on St. Pete Beach has finally begun a meetup group! We are a group of raw vegans on Passagrille Beach and will soon be holding lots of events. We will be hosting raw food preparation classes in the cafe for those who want to learn more about the raw food diet and learn how to make dishes for themselves at home. Some of the classes offered will teach how to make raw vegan basics for those that are raw-curious or just made the decision to go raw, gluten-free classes, and how to make satisfying desserts and hearty raw entrees. We will also be offering yoga classes on the beach, which will be taught by one of our very own members of the cafe. Lunch or a potluck will be held in the cafe following the class. We will also begin hosting potlucks starting March 7th and will continue to host them on the first Sunday of every month. You're invited to bring a raw vegan dish enough for 8-10 people or donate $10 and dig in to what others provided. Everyone is welcome to any and all of these events!
