Stroller Strides Madison - Fitness for Mom, Fun for Baby

Welcome to Stroller Strides of Madison! Stroller Strides of Madison is ready to help you exercise more, learn healthier lifestyles, lose weight, tone up, meet new moms, and spend more time with your child(ren). Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for moms (and dads or other caregivers) that they can do with their babies. Each class consists of a warm up, a power walk, and a variety of body toning exercises. We use exercise tubing, the stroller, and the environment to create our gym. Just about any kind of stroller will do so long as it is not prone to tipping.

Stroller Strides is much more than a fitness program, however. It is a great way for moms to connect with other moms, to share their ideas, and to get advice. The babies also benefit from the program. We do educational classes and sing to the babies while we work out. We have weekly playgroups as part of our LUNA Mom's Club and we have monthly Mom's Nights Out, which are both great ways to spend time with other moms!

Descriptions:

Keva Sport Center:
Come join us for class at Keva Sports Center. We meet in the basketball court located inside Keva at approximately 15 minutes before class start time. Parking and restrooms are easily accessible.

Hilldale Mall:
Classes will meet in the atrium in front of Macy's department store.

Please call the weather hotline at 800.676.1053 and press option #2 in the event of bad weather. I will update the recording status 1 hour prior to class start time.
