ANANDA YOGA is a gentle yoga whose main

purpose is to bring awareness in the physical, mental and spiritual planes.

Firstly, through the practice of asanas (yoga postures), secondly, the art of breathing or pranayama and thirdly, coming into stillness through meditation.

These three levels will bring each individual into a state of harmony, health , joy and inner peace.
