Thanks to all who came to "Managing Scope, Time and Budget using Scrum" and especially to Nirmal for hosting and presenting!! Judging by the questions and the amount of people who hung around to discuss the topic further with Nirmal, this session was very interesting and informative. Nirmal also uploaded his presentation material and you can all find it here: http://xp.meetup.com/26/files/
During the meeting, another meetup, the NYC Customer Development Process Meetup, came up as another meetup to check out for more information on managing agile projects. This meetup is centered around some of the ideas and practices of Steve Blank, http://www.steveblank.com/
, and Eric Ries of IMVU.com. I have yet to go to one of their meetings, but following these two guys on twitter, @sgblank and @ericries, they offer a lot of useful information around lean startups and Agile development.
Finally, if anyone that came to the last, or previous meetings has blogged about the meeting(s) or what they learned, please let us know so that we may promote your blog post to the rest of the group or feel free to send it to the group.

P.S. If there are any topics that you would like to hear about or present on in the coming months, please contact myself and/or Marco and let us know.
