Pair Exchange is a bi-weekly opportunity to work with someone new. We find pair programming offers an excellent opportunity to improve your own development practice. Learn how your pair approaches problems, how to talk about your code, and how to collaborate/compromise. Maybe even learn a new language. Arrive ready to pair, maybe on your project, maybe on someone else's. Extreme Roundtable will alternate with Pair Exchange. Throw your topics up on the whiteboard, we'll rank them in order of the group's interest, and discuss. Any development, project management, or design topics are welcome. e.g. is test driving code silly? what is agile? when is gross code acceptable? Gauntlets and chainmail optional.
