Saleh has formally taught both Arabic and English courses. He has a deep grammatical understanding of both Arabic Fus-hah and Levantine Amiyah, so come with questions.

It's always a fun evening and a great learning experience with Saleh! All levels are welcome.

We speak, we write (if we are ready for that) and we always LAUGH! We may form smaller groups to accommodate different levels of Arabic learners.

As always it was totally delightful. A different mix of people with varying backgrounds in Arabic. All were exceptionally friendly and all did very well. This time there were two Israelis and an old Italian gentleman. Uncle Saleh, as usual, was charming and handled everything very well. He encouraged each person to use whatever accent he/she knew best and was very informative.

I'd probably be back in the beginner-intermediate stage since its been about 4 yrs since I last studied Arabic formally.

Are there any advanced level people going tomorrow? Different dialects or is it all MSA?

We have 5 new people tmrw so not sure of their language level....Or and myself have intermediate/advanced Arabic skills. All levels manage to get a great deal from the Uncle Saleh meetups so fear not!

My level is unfortunately 'complete beginner', except that I learned the alphabet in junior high. (I think I still remember it...) I'd love to learn some Palestinian Arabic, since I'm Israeli, but would be very happy with MSA too.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
