Yoga Echo Park is designed for those that love being outside, being active, and of course doing yoga. YEP will be a great way to meet other local yogis and share in each others' practice. You can learn so much from a new friend! Whether you are new to yoga or a card-holding yogi, you'll enjoy the newly renovated Echo Park Lake while moving through fun vinyasa flows and relaxing with some gentle meditation. Expect to sweat, laugh, make some amazing new friends, and discover something new about yourself.
YEP is created for the people. So that everyone can experience the benefits of yoga the classes are free. Donations are appreciated but not required. Classes are 70 minute vinyasa flow taught by a certified yoga instructor. They are designed for all levels. Newcomers welcome! Please bring mat, towel, water, and positive intentions.
YEP meets at the heart of the newly renovated Echo Park Lake, in the large grass area in the center of the park. Walk towards the mouth of the bridge and the Lady of the Lake Statue and keep an eye out for your fellow yogis. Parking is free around the park, but be aware of signs for street cleaning. If it rains the day of class we will have to cancel. Please double check the site for any last minute changes to the schedule. Contact me if you are interested in teaching or have any questions about our classes.
