Welcome to practicing YOCO yoga in our beautiful yoga loft. We share our space in a 1920 Victorian house converted to a practitioner wellness center where we can tap into the abundant healing energy here. In this mindful flow class, we will focus on different areas of the body and on our breathe to help release the stress and unease in your body, mind and spirit. This practice provides a nourishing approach to maintaining health in the whole body using breath to focus while exploring building strength, flexibility, balance and adding vitality to your life. All levels and experience welcome.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one. We will have some extra mats to borrow.
