Come for mixed level traditional hatha yoga class taught by meetup group organizer Anjali. Breathing techniques, sun salutations, warm ups, and a series of about 12 - 15 postures with holding time, and long relaxation at the end. This class will stretch every muscle group of your body, releasing tension and caught energy in the body, and preparing you to sit comfortably for meditation. A great emphasis is placed on the breath in the postures to keep the mind clear and relaxed. Regularly a $15, only $5 for meetup members this Saturday. If you decide to buy a yoga class pass that day we will heavily discount the pass at BYV. Regularly $110 for 10 classes, you will get your first 10 class pass at $80. This could be a great way to start your journey into weekly yoga classes.

Turn right onto Mill Road. Parking is free in the Mill Centre lot
Walk through the gates and follow the stone wall to Baltimore Yoga Village. We are at the bottom of the hill, the first door on the right.
