Yoga for Depression - Sunday December 16th 3-4:30 pm - Whether you have long term depression, seasonal sadness, or are having a bad day, come and engage in Yoga practice as the science of positive mental health. Participants will have the opportunity to explore (and share) how depression affects their lives physically mentally and spiritually. You will learn basic pranayama techniques and asana that relieve the symptoms of depression. This short workshop will include gentle asana practice focusing on specific postures and breath work. There will be time for discussion and class will end with a short Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation.
