A free community hatha yoga class suitable for beginners and all levels of experience. This class will introduce you to some of the sequence designed by Swami Vishnu Devananda of the Sivananda Yoga Ashrams and prepare you for tradtional hatha yoga classes taught at Baltimore Yoga Village. For those who are serious about learning yoga as it was outlined in the traditional yoga texts in a simple and disciplined way - this class will be a nice entrance into the study of yoga postures and breathing techniques. So I got the message that a few people had a hard time finding the location last time. It's a great spot and once you find it, you will surely want to return. There is a free parking lot on Mill Road, just off of Chestnut Ave. where you can park. Here are the directions to the studio....

It was a nice, slower paced class suitable for beginners.
