Hi all, just wanted to share that this class was not intended for beginners. Please do keep in mind the level of the class posted. This one was listed as challenging and therefore it was not intended to give the kinds of instructions needed for beginners. We will have another beginner class soon and continue to try to serve all who have a new practice as well as those who are able to meditate in postures without all that extra conversation in the class. Namaste

I set out to get there but was not able to find it. I am not from this area so I guess I needed clearer directions. I tried to follow the directions given with the email but it just didn't work out for me. I am still eager to come to a meet. I hope I get another invite soon.

Altho slated as a Level II pose, I did notice a few people in class who looked like novices. I would not recommend this style of teaching for beginner's (which I am not). There was no attention given to basic instructions (tighten your sacral/butt area when attempting cobra pose, or any warning regarding the danger of weight falling on the neck, rather than the shoulders, during shoulder stand.
