Community Yoga $8 only

Community Yoga: Special $8 drop in all levels 4:45 - 5:45 PM
This is an all-levels class that will combine flowing sun salutations, steady postures (asanas), leg lifts, gentle stretches and deep relaxation. Breathing exercises (pranayama) will be practiced on occasion. The practice combines Sivananda Hatha with Kundalini Hatha and Vinyasa to strengthen, increase flexibility, release tension, and relax the body and mind. Focus on the breath to move through this class. As a community yoga class, the rate is reduced to $8 per class. Instructor: Leslie Castle LOCATION: It can be hard to find. So please use these directions rather than a GPS or a mapquest.

FROM JFX 83:
Take the 28th STREET Exit.
Make Left at the first light on SISSON STREET
Sisson becomes KESWICK ROAD.
Make Left onto 33rd STREET from Keswick Rd.
Make first Left onto CHESTNUT AVE.
Right on MILL Road.
Park in the parking lot (free) located on your right
walk through the Mill Centre Gate. We are at the bottom of the hill, the building on the right, painted blue. FROM DOWNTOWN BALTIMORE:
Travel North on Charles Street. Make Left on 29th Street.
Just before the 83 highway ramp, make a right on SISSON STREET
Sisson becomes KESWICK ROAD.
Make Left onto 33RD STREET from Keswick Rd.
Make first Left onto CHESTNUT AVE.
Right on MILL ROAD.
Park in the parking lot (free) located on your right
walk through the Mill Centre Gate. We are at the bottom of the hill. Baltimore Yoga Village
