Come experience relaxing stretches in the middle of a busy week at school and work. A 60 minute yoga workout designed to stretch, relax, and revitalize your muscles. Followed by a 15 minute guided meditation experience and a delicious vegan dinner. We will be flowing through a variety of postures starting with Surya Namaskar Sun Salutation, while listening too the Rhythmic music of mridanga (traditional Indian drum), cymbals and tambourine in time with the pace of the postures. Enhance your yoga practice by allowing the music to complement the movements and reach new heights ! Experience the joy of Kirtan, a powerful Sonic Yoga experience, a jewel of the ancient yoga system. Kirtan is a mix of music and meditation to cultivate inner strength and clarity of mind. A simple workshop like this can help clear the mind, increase concentration and inner joy !
