Art of Living Florida Meetup

Hello, Our course include asanas, pranayamas or Breath of yoga, interactive healing mental and emotional releasing processes, meditation, Knowledge and Sudarshan Kriya Yoga, 3 hours or so per day in a 6 consecutive-day format.
