What: Achieve Deeper Levels of Meditation with The Art of Living Advanced Course!
When: October 29,[masked]:00 PM
Ignatian Spiritual Centeer
12190 SW 56th St
Miami, FL 33183
[masked]The Art of Living Part 2 Course or the Art of Silence Course is a unique opportunity for all who have taken the Art of Living Course (Part 1 or Yes!+) to sink deep into knowledge & experience, facilitating the indescribable process of our own awakening. The Advanced Course lovingly provides healthy food for the body, silence for the mind and meditation for the soul.
Benefits: This course is an opportunity to experience powerful silence along with the deep serenity of Hollow and Empty meditations in a residential setting. The practice of silence has been known throughout the ages, in many different traditions and cultures, as a great tool for elevating consciousness. When profound meditations are added to this silence we find that our ever-changing thoughts come to a rest and our mind becomes clear giving rise to a sense of natural joy. Increased awareness and an unshakeable sense of stability come into our lives.
Where: The Art of Silence course will take place in the Ignatian Spiritual Center, a tranquil retreat center in South-West Miami. The center sits on a five-acre lot away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Ignatian Spiritual Center
