"Love your class Etan, and the intellectual foundation that Buddhism gives you really elevates the
class to a much higher level. I notice how you "segway" into the next pose with much greater
fluidity than other teachers, allowing me time to gather strength and focus.
Since I started your class I have cut down on TV and BEER, and lost over 25 pounds (since February) in the healthiest way possible. Clearly, Yoga has most staying power of all forms excersise. I trust your skill/insights."
