Do you have a juicer? Bring it and let's enjoy a collective cleanse.
Collective cleansing involves a full day of juicing in a group setting where multiple elements of natural health, wellness and/or fitness are introduced to promote “whole person” cleansing. A typical day might include yoga posturing and/or meditation, consuming 4-6 freshly made organic raw juices, flower or herbal supplementation to encourage release and elemental education throughout the day. According to Karla Mitchell, owner and principal practitioner at Exhalation Integrative Wellness, “cleansing by juicing alone not only promotes detoxification and rejuvenation, it can yield clear skin, bright eyes, weight loss and inch loss as added benefits.” Collective Juicing, then, enhances this experience by incorporating fellowship; where participants can collectively experience emotional support, empathic understanding, and authentic encouragement from one another.
