What to Expect from a Laughter Yoga Session
Laughter Yoga is a combination of Yogic breathing and laughter exercises. A session usually starts with Laughter Yoga basics. Next we do basic centering as you would in a typical yoga class, breathing and physical warm-up exercises including some stretching, the laughter exercises, and then a final cool down and relaxation. Sessions may include sitting, standing, walking, and lying down. Laughter Yoga is considered an aeorobic exercise, and members should consult with a medical professional before starting this or any other aeorobic exercise program.
