What is Laughter Yoga?
Laughter Yoga is a combination of Yogic breathing and laughter exercises. Class may include sitting, standing, walking, and lying down. Laughter Yoga is considered an aerobic exercise, and attendees should consult a medical professional before starting this or any other aerobic exercise activity.
• Intro to Laughter Yoga.
• Basic centering technique.
• Breathing and physical warm-up exercises
• Laughter exercises!
• Cool down and relaxation.
