I would like to invite you to a satsang (talk about my time away- Q’s & A’s), kirtan and meditation, on Sunday 7th Sept at 5pm at 9/2 Hayes Road Cross, Richmond Road, (enter Hayes road from Richmond Road and take first turn to right, go right to end and turn left), 2nd floor..

There will also be the following programmes…….. Meditation Medley: This will include how to sit comfortably, how to be still easily, how to calm and concentrate the mind, how to find peace and positivity within. It will also include some asanas to specifically prepare your body to sit easily and some to stretch the spine and whole body to relieve stiffness and promote health and harmony. Pranayamas will be included that help to improve the breathing process and how to use the breath to heal, focus and promote awareness. Kaya Sthairyam (Psychic Body Stillness) sitting meditation and Ajapa Japa (Meditation on Breath with Mantra) and some Yoga Nidra (Psychic Sleep Meditation) done lying down will be included. This module will be suitable for beginners and will also help adepts to improve their own meditation practice and go deeper. Personal guidance will be available and individual queries answered on any aspect of the physical, mental/psychological and spiritual dimensions. Some kirtan will be included to open our hearts and satsang to satisfy our intellects. Dakshina Rs 1,500/-(Dakshina discounts are available for those who cannot afford).
