Satyananda Yoga sessions are given by Malati Mehrish ([masked]) every Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 7.30am & 8.45am at the Amenities Centre of Palm Meadows. These are very good for improved health and vitality, endurance and cardio work out. They are also good for all kinds of therapy, losing weight, releasing stress and balancing and centering.
