Yoga is the ancient Indian science of self development in which you can discover and explore yourself on all levels from physical, mental, emotional, and connect with the spiritual and cosmic. It is not gymnastics, nor is it a religion.
Each meetup has a systematic blend of asanas for the body, pranayamas for balancing and enhancing the energies, relaxation and meditation to destress and quiet the mind and recharge it with awareness and positivity. You feel great after the sessions and can then do the practices at home.

Yogini Ratna, the organizer, is a French karma sannyasin disciple of Swami Nishchalananda Saraswati since 1991. As a yoga teacher, she has been trained with the Mandala Yoga Ashram (Wales) accredited with British Wheel of Yoga (see more on http://yoginiratna.fr).
