I'm in Paris to help my aged and ailing god mother.I'm quite active. Swimming, reading, sharing and helping others, playing with my cat, makes me happy. I do short Yoga Nidras when ever I can. I'd like to take more time for meditation.
I'd like to achieve oneness within myself, with others, and with the universe. I keep my back, me breathing and my wayward mind healthy through yoga meditation. I have a good routine with yogasanas and swimming. I relax easily with enjoyment.
My purpose in life is to realize LOVE and JOY, POSITIVITY and GRATITUDE! I help others in what ever way I can, especially through spiritual counseling and yoga meditation.
