Welcome!

We are a small group of people who are exploring ourselves through the practice of Yoga. It's an open environment where we integrate yoga practice and study of ourselves through discussions and poses. We use the chakra system as our map, one of the oldest and most comprehensive maps of how we work.

The class encourages open discussion, and offers an opportunity for everyone to practice, regardless of experience level. It is the current intentions that are important. Beginners and those who have never experienced Yoga before are welcome.

The first class is $10. Additional classes are based on a sliding scale of $5-15 based on economic needs and how much value you find in the class.
