Shake and Wake Saturday Morning Yoga

Get going on your weekend with a nice stretch and sweat, breath and move it around before you start your day with other like-minded yogis and yoginis. This is a 1 and 1/2 hour class. Please bring a towel and water if you like.

Starting January 31st, yoga will move across the street to Richardson Park building which is across from the Dairy Queen. The atmosphere is more intimate and more conducive to practicing yoga.
