Yoga For Seniors

This is a new gentle class for older (physically but not necessarily mentally). We will spend more time practicing breathing and gentle stretching. We will utilize the walls, blocks and straps. You will explore your body boundaries and awaken your consciousness and FEEL SO GOOD!
