Trance Breath and Shamanic Sound healing workshop!

Come experience a truly unique and powerful opportunity for Self exploration, enjoyment and transformation! Through ancient and proven practices of breath control and manipulation coupled with intentional sound and deep relaxation Miguel Antonio will create and guide us through sacred space within and without.

In this 2 hour workshop we will learn several yogic and shamanic breath techniques that will be utilized to quickly and drastically alter our conscioussness to experience ever expanding awareness and deep states of emotional and spiritual movement, cleansing, release and pure being.

In conjunction with accessible (and intense!) breath work Miguel will be moving energy and emotion via his signature Shamanic Sound healing. Incorporating both ancient and modern techniques of healing, sound, chants, and medicine songs (Icaros) from around the world and across time to clear stagnant energies and blockages, honor spirit and induce hypnotic trance states of deep introspection, realization, empowerment and peace. We can expect to hear Spirit come alive through crystal bowls, gongs, didgeridoo, strings, Native drum and chant, harmonium and much more!

Both the breath work and the sound on their own are potent vehicles of healing and cleansing, but used together in a space of conscious participation will create a magical and powerful opportunity for deep experience, insight and growth.

Bring a yoga mat and/or blankets (some are provided), water, an open mind and an open heart! Comfortable, loose clothing is recommended. Please try to be here at least 15 min early to get set up, we will start on time!
