Welcome to our yoga meetup.

Brian Silvestry and Tatiana Minekawa-Silvestry are NYC yoga teachers having completed more than 200 hours of training including studying with some of the best teachers in NYC and several yoga confernces.

Our style of yoga is a mix of Hatha, Iyengar and Ashtanga. We love doing yoga and sharing with our friends, family,pets and fellow meetup members.
Also our open level yoga classes can be ideal for beginners, as well as people used to an ashtanga or vinyasa flow style as well. We will sequence the class so that you can get the most of it whether you are looking to relax, just stretch out a bit for more flexibility, or get a workout similar to a flow or power yoga class. The class is your practice and we will teach how to adept it or adjust to be kind to yourself and get the most out of it.

This is an open level class taught every Thursday at 6:30pm at 400 central park west in the meeting room. Class is one hour long and welcome to all levels. Check our website http://www.yogafuninn... for the full class schedule.

Class is $5 if paid in advance or $7 at the time of class.
