I invite you to join me for a special class where we combine yoga and meditation together. We'll begin with a deep breathing exercise to get settled in and centered, followed by some gentle yoga to stretch and release the tension from the body. Then for the last half hour we will sit in meditation and practice mindfulness by being attentive and present with the mind/body. We will conclude with a brief group discussion. Read more
