I invite you to join me for a new and different type of class where we combine yoga and meditation together. We'll begin with deep breathing exercises to get settled in and centered, followed by some very gentle yoga to stretch and release the tension from the body. Then for the last half hour we will sit in meditation and practice concentration and mindfulness by being attentive and present with the mind/body. Read more
