Your-Movement Wellness Center is hosting donation-based Yoga and Pilates classes in the Central Park.
Join us this summer for relaxing Zen Yoga and invigorating Dynamic Pilates- a mixture of Yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi! Classes taught every Sunday, starting June 30th.
Please bring your own mat. If a class must be canceled due to inclement weather, the class will be rescheduled on a following Sunday. Meeting point is 69th street and 5th avenue, starting 10:45am. Donations taken at start and end of class. Suggested Minimum Donation: $5
