This rejuvenating practice, led by certified yoga instructor, Hedy Andersson, is suitable for all levels of student. The focus is on healthy alignment, while encouraging curiosity about each pose in each individual body. Students will find their own balance between effort and ease, while gently building strength, flexibility and awareness.
