Stretch free to be stress free. I would like to host a yoga and meditation session this Saturday. We can do some light stretches, some intensive poses and do a powerful group meditation. Yoga in general increases body flexibility and improves focus. Desk space yoga can be practiced in our office to relieve ourselves from stresses. Meditation is even better. It is an effortless way of retaining our calm expanded awareness. When we come together as a group and practice these techniques they have a pronounced effect. I have been practicing yoga for 4+ years and have always wanted to share and learn. So I thought I will host this 1 hour session. I have also invited a senior yoga teacher to lead the session. You may bring a yoga mat if you want but we will have sheets spread on the floor.
