Are you interested in learning the practice of Sun Salutation, a sequence of 12 immensely powerful yoga poses. The sequence attends to all sections of the body giving it a complete stretch and more. At our event, We will be doing 30 minutes of Sun Salutation followed by guided meditation. The pace and intensity of the process will be varied depending upon one's physical condition. Yoga be followed by a relaxing meditation.
Please come in comfortable clothing. You might want to bring a yoga mat if you want but its optional.
The whole 1 hour session is free! We have a raffle at the end of the event and more surprises.
So where is the challenge here: The whole point of this exercise is holistic relaxation :)! So the real challenge is you being there for yourself. That is it.. other than that its going to be easy!
