This practice involves using breath and movement (Vinyasa) to move through a series of poses that build upon one another to provide a comprehensive benefit to the body and mind in many ways. Sweaty and challenging, this practice is here to push you in new ways, however is easily accessible to anybody who's interested and motivated as variations and modifications are available and offered throughout the practice. This style is presented in as pure of a representation as possible, and is attempted to adhere to the method, form, and order that is done in Mysore, India as taught by K. Pattabhi Jois and his grandson Sharath. All are welcome.
