This group suits all people of all fitness levels, who love the outdoors!
Classes range from dynamic to gentler styles - and suit both beginners & seasoned yogis.
The goal is to create a community of like-minded and hearted people to share the journey of bringing more energy, joy and well-being into their lives.
My intent is to focus on you as unique individuals, as you embrace a healthy, balanced and safe practice in a supportive, non competitive environment.
Classes are multi level. It is important to practice on an empty stomach.
A variety of formats including beginners, traditional hatha, vinyasa and fluid power styles.
Early morning practices are more vinyasa-style - energizing, uplifting and flowing. 9am classes are more beginner-orientated, but also cater to more experienced students.
Late afternoon help you unwind from the day and switch into relax mode.
Bringing together the best from the east and the west, we combine yoga and pilates.
A great workout for all levels of fitness, it focuses on healthy posture, core strength and stability. If you are a beginner, it will provide a solid foundation for a safe practice.
For experienced yogis, it will fine-tune your alignment and teach you to engage the correct muscle groups to practice stronger asanas with a healthier posture and avoid common injuries.
Explore different ancient methods of breathing, that affect both your physiology and state of mind.
Both relaxing and energising at the same time, you will learn practices that are detoxing, extend your breathing capacity and balance your central nervous system.
Pranayama can assist with depression, chronic fatigue, respiratory problems, stress & insomnia.
A low impact, hi intensity cardio work-out for your body, mind, heart and soul. Shed excess weights and counter productive thinking - as you burn-off, tone up and empower your mind.
