What is Spandana Yoga?
Spandana Yoga is the style of yoga that Teaches the individual techniques and concepts to "Connect, Transform and Expand” to Experience a life that is complete on all levels in the physical, mental & spiritual.

What is Spandana?
Spandana comes from the Sanskrit word Spanda is "The Divine Creative Vibration" existing in every living thing ... it is the absolute creative energy that can be observed in the body, in an atom, or in the universe. Through the practice of Yoga, Spanda can be experienced on many different levels as a sound, as a feeling, or as pure awareness.

Spandana Yoga process is taught at 3 levels:

1.- Connection
2.- Transformation
3.- Expansion

In this 1St level the student experience true yoga (union of the body with the inner self ).

TRANSFORMATION
“The Transformation Experience" Discovering our true nature.

EXPANSION
Techniques and Practices to transcend the higher self.

Que es Spandana?
En las enseñanzas de la tradición védica de la India la palabra YOGA significa "unión", esta palabra es sumamente sugestiva. Nos recuerda que el objetivo y el propósito de la vida es darnos cuenta de que somos uno, de que somos completos, la Divinidad Misma y que estamos en Unión con la Conciencia Suprema.

Desde antiguos tiempos esta ha sido la experiencia de los Seres que han alcanzado la iluminación, así también las Escrituras de todas las religiones, tratan de despertarnos a esta verdad.


Spandana Yoga es un proceso que se enseña en tres niveles:
1. CONEXIÓN
2. TRANSFORMACION
3. EXPANSION

La experiencia del Yoga.
En este primer nivel, el estudiante experimenta la verdadera Yoga (Unión del Cuerpo con el Ser Interior).


TRANSFORMACION
La experiencia de la TRANSFORMACION es descubrir nuestra verdadera naturaleza.


EXPANSION
Spandana Yoga nos da acceso a nuestro Infinito Potencial.
