If you enjoy great hikes, delicious food and would like to begin or deepen your yoga practice, why not join us for a Yoga Trails weekend.
Each day will begin with an energising yoga session to invigorate you for a great day's walk, followed by a delicious breakfast buffet of fresh fruit, yogurts, organic bread and freshly brewed coffee. We then head out for our hikes taking in the fantastic views of the British countryside. We return in the afternoon with plenty of time to relax before our evening yoga session to help stretch out and soothe those well-used leg muscles, followed by a delicious vegetarian dinner and relaxing evening.
If you love to hike and have never done yoga before but would like to give it a try please join us. We generally have a really lovely mix between those who are completely new to yoga and those who go to yoga classes regularly.
Our weekends are all about things that are good for you! Your body will be strengthened with yoga and pampered with delicious, healthy food and your mind calmed with rest and fresh air from the beautiful walks. Join us, you'll be glad you did! :)
