1. Why I decided to start the group:

- To provide customized ESL lessons for the people who need language skill-specific guide and help to reach their ESL learning goals in their individual situations

- To coach the ESL learners who cannot find the right program for their own needs in a private educational institution/college/university

- To teach ESL learners who want to practice their discussion strategies while correcting their grammatical mistakes

- To make the fees that the ESL learners are paying most beneficial and worth and see them achieve their individual/personal and professional goals

2. The purpose of the group:

- Everybody reaches their ESL learning goals so that they can be better English communicators, capable workers, fluent English users, and efficient group leaders

3. Who should join:

- An individual who needs to improve specific English language skills: vocabulary, reading skills, grammar, communication strategies, discussion skills, pronunciation etc.

- An immigrant who needs to develop the confidence in English speaking and comprehending

- An individual who wants to practice one's own English listening, speaking, vocabulary and idioms, pronunciation, grammar, and colloquial expressions to use for a discussion and a debate

- A student who needs to develop presentation skills and group discussion leading skills

- An individual who wants to meet a variety of national people and make friends while discussing on a topic whether regarding an English language developing strategy or a general topic for a certain ESL skill development
