For those who don't understand the German description:
Michael S. Moore, Professor of Philosophy and Professor of Law at the University of Illinois, is giving a lecture, entitled "Targeted Killings and the Morality of Hard Choices", about the legal and moral validity of targeted killings for the purpose of preventing terrorist attacks.

The lecture is in English, despite the description being in German.

Also, it's at Unter den Linden 9, not 6.
