Your Stage April 25 with Stephen Whitely and Ross Cowen

Your Stage is a unique, highly-interactive, educational and fun experience! There is absolutely nothing like this anywhere else in the city.

Unlike networking events, our focus is on education. There are no membership fees, no restrictions on who can attend and no pressure to exchange referrals...even the breakfast is optional!  This is about learning, sharing, connecting and building community.

On April 25 our guest speakers are award winning author Stephen Whitely who will be presenting “Retire Your Ego…Let go of being right and embrace being rich.”  And, speech writer and legacy expert Ross Cowen will show you how to leave a legacy that will inspire people for generations to come.

In addition, Bob Carscadden will continue his series on mastering life's energies and I will be going back to my roots with some really cool professional speaking tips and tricks!

Here's what happens at Your Stage...

• Education in public speaking and presentation skills

• Education in networking and business promotion skills.

• Education in personal development strategies and techniques.

• Guest speakers presenting everything from business strategies to personal growth, physical, emotional and spiritual wellness and everything in between.

What a wonderful experience. My second time going and nothing like the first at all. Both such valuable experiences.
I had the opportunity to hear Stephen Whitely talk about his Happiness project and his smile definitely stole the show when he first stood on the stage.
Ross Cowen had such a compelling message. I've always loved hearing stories of my history, so hearing how he helps families create such beautiful mementos was inspiring. I really appreciate the book on cancer I won at the event. (Luck of the draw, not because I was particularly brilliant).
Very interesting training by Steve, who it was decided, many are falling in love with! Can't wait for next month.

Thanks you for setting up my Friday everyone. www.YourStageCanada.com was great today. I met Ross Cowen who is passionate about telling your story. Steve Whitely spoke about how to grow happier - from the guy who is a Happy Master. Steve Lowell was more riveting than "normal" as he offered advice to improve our off-the cuff stories. Amazing Jacqueline Richards stepped in for an ailing Bob Carscadden and kept us on track. John Heney proved he is, indeed, a Master of the Stage. Next Your Stage is May 30. Hope to see you there.

Great way to start the day by being with so many great people. Thanks to Ross Cowan for encouraging us to pay attention to and record the stories in our lives and those around us while we/they still remember. Retiring your ego - a key to happiness - was one of the secrets eloquently shared by Stephen Whitely. And Steve Lowell's talent shone through in live demonstrations of how you can capture your audience's attention in the first 15 seconds and the essence of a 30 minute talk in 2.5 minutes! John Heney you were amazing! Sorry I had to dash away at the end. Looking forward to next month.

Thanks, Steve for putting on a great morning of presentations. It was pleasure meeting the fine folks at the even, and making important new connections. The learning aspect of this meeting cannot be understated. I personally feel it's worth the travel time and effort to get there (1 hour travel time). Looking forward to next month's get-together.
