This 3-hour workshop is designed to give you insights into possible causes of your sleep troubles, as well as yogic techniques for releasing those spinning thoughts, and discovering a more peaceful, restful sleep.
We explore your current habits and create a "Plan for Rest" unique to your schedule and lifestyle. Using breath, postures, meditation and awareness of routine and diet, you will leave this workshop with a customized plan to improve your quality of sleep.
