To RSVP for this meetup:

1. RSVP yes on meetup.com to hold your place - please only rsvp if you're sure you can come, if you are not sure, wait till you know before you rsvp yes

2. Email me with your mobile number to confirm and for the location, once I receive your email I will send you full details.

3. If you have rsvp'd yes and haven't sent your mobile number then (unfortunately) you're off the list.




Why do you need my mobile number??

All members that come to this meetup must be contactable because:

1. There may be last minute venue or time changes

2. Some restaurants will not seat a group until everyone has arrived, if you have not arrived because you are lost or running late then we know to wait for you, if we know you can no longer attend for whatever reason we know we can proceed with out you.

3. Sometimes a restaurant will be booked and we need to know the exact number of people to book for. If you can no longer attend we can let the restaurant know the revised number of seats required at the table.


What if I decide not to come?

If you rsvp'd yes and can no longer attend, please change your rsvp to No so that someone else can take your place. If possible please do this at least 48 hours before the meetup to give others a chance to rsvp. If for some reason you can't make on the day, then call me on my mobile so we know we can proceed without you.


If you rsvp'd yes and on the day of the meetup decide not to come anymore and do not contact me, or if we are waiting for you and your reason for not attendng is; you forgot/would rather sleep in/can't be bothered/forgot to check your email or forgot you had other plans, unfortunately you will be unable to attend this meetup for the next 3 months.
