This guided meditation is the first of a series to begin the process of self acceptance and self love. We were raised in a society that values material success, winning and we are often judged. These conditions lead us to judge and criticize ourselves to such an extent that we find it very difficult to accept ourself and the idea of loving who we are may sound like an alien concept. Using a combination of mindfulness some interactive exercises and guided meditation we begin the journey to learn to accept who we are and work towards loving ourselves. Suggested Donation $10
