Coaching for Gay Men on Sex, Dating and Intimacy

I am a contemplative life coach and practicing Zen Buddhist.

My goal is to help you transform yourself by clarifying who you are and what you want, and finding a path that helps you turn your aspirations into reality.

I help people who are blocked, confused, stressed out or depressed to gain a sense of direction, relaxation, and clarity of purpose. I do this by applying Zen principles of simplicity, self-awareness, and mindfulness.

I can help you gain a higher level of self-awareness and peace of mind as you gradually discover within yourself how to create a life that is true to who you are and what you feel most passionate about.

There is nothing more fulfilling for me than helping other people feel better about themselves and their lives.

Currently I am in the process of planning some short and long term groups and workshops.

The focus of the first set of meetings will be sex, dating, and intimacy. The meetings will offer everyone a forum in which to explore themselves in regard to relationships, career, spirituality, and self-esteem.
