Update 19 Apr: by a narrow margin, you voted in favor of having snacks and drinks pre-arranged. So I will do that, and ask that you contribute CHF 15 if you come. /jc
Our next evening meetup should be a lot of fun. One of our members, the artist Michelle Bird (info below), has generously offered the use of her studio in Winterthur, so we will be able to mix freely in a private setting.
We will try a new format this time: many people have said they would like to speak in front of other members as a group, but they don't necessarily want to do an extended presentation. So here's how it will go - everyone who attends will be given the floor for 3-5 minutes, and can speak about whatever he or she pleases. You can simply introduce yourself and tell us what you're working on, pitch an idea, ask for feedback, offer your services, or whatever else you like. Knowing how diverse and creative we are, I'm sure this will generate some interesting discussion.
After the short presentations, there will be as much free mingling as time allows.
I would like your help in deciding what we should do about food and drinks for this meetup. The options are (1) I buy them beforehand and ask everyone to contribute some cash, or (2) we do a "potluck", where everyone contributes something. See note above.
