    Hi,
This is a little late, but I just wanted to say "Thank you" to Karen for the jazz cd she gave to many of us. I play it every day that I am driving to/from an event. Listening to the music has a calming effect on me after I have been rushing around at 6 in the morning to get ready for any event and then keeps me calmer driving home after finishing with the event.

Something else Bill Sherman said that I zeroed in on. I'm paraphrasing, but the gist of it was to take time to write out a lot snippets of information that you can post on your social media websites. It makes it easier if you have multiple comments planned and you just copy/paste onto your website.

I'm going to the bootcamp. I've heard a lot of good comments about that on 3/1. See you then, Terry.

What I took away from Monday's meeting.

From Bill Sherman: Schedule a block of time each week to update social media websites. Commit to it and do it.

From Karen Lawrence: Think twice before unfriending or not liking someone on LinkedIn. Not everyone who visits LinkedIn knows that the person who liked or commended you for your skills on LinkedIn may not really know you. Just seeing the number of likes gives you credibility.

I have to book with Candy on or before February 28th.

John Washington ate a lot of my banana spice bread.

Finally, keep comments short and to the point!

Glad I was able to make the meeting & found it very interesting & informative, as usual. Love that Karen does such a great job, so relaxed & makes us all feel welcome, as do the other attendees.

I am sorry that I will be missing the meeting tomorrow. I have to pick up and deliver a patient home from his oral surgery. I will see all of you in 2 weeks!!!
