Sorry for the short notice. I was thinking to keep this weekend free, but many friends demanded this workshop.

Come discover Meditation, Dance & Fitness, the complete recipe for healthy & abundant life.

No need of specific aerobics, sweating, tiring & boring workouts. True nature of fitness is body, mind & soul balance.

This workshop will introduce you the methods that you can practice daily to achieve mind and body balance, the true fitness.

What’s meditation for?

• Bliss & Joy sprout from inside. You are living in very nature of your own being.
• You are a happy & calm person. You are in love with the existence; you have gratitude towards each and every moment you live.
• You are more focused and centered in whatever you do, without any special effort.
• Fear, anxieties, anger goes away.
• You are more dignified person, but egoless.
• Apart from bringing joy to your life, it can lead & guide you through situations in life.


Osho has used dance as a meditation because he says that dance is the only activity in which the ego can disappear easily. But dance can only become meditation if the dance is not contrived. Dance is good in itself - as far as it goes. After it, you will feel fresh, young. But it is not meditation yet. The dancer must go, until only the dance remains.

So what to do? Be totally in the dance, because division can exist only if you are not totally in it. If you are standing aside and looking at your own dance, the division will remain: you are the dancer and you are dancing. Then dancing is just an act, something you are doing; it is not your being. So get involved totally, be merged in it.

The " Meditation, Dance & Fitness" schedule is as follows:

9:15 Introduction, discussions and explanation of the program.

10:00 "Meditation"- Yin Yang Dance Meditation- A powerful stress release meditation.

11:00 "Dance"- Mind, body & soul witnessing through the subtle movements.

12:00 "Fitness"- Osho’s No Dimension Meditation (based on Gurdjieff’s dance movements).

The workshop will conclude at 1:00
