Zumba Classes. Zumba is Latin inspired dance-fitness. It is so much fun, it won't even feel like you're working out, but you will be amazed at the changes in your body! It's about "letting go" and not about doing it "perfectly".

 

Pilates is a strength class that uses your own body weight. It incorporates flexibility and balance and is a perfect compliment to Zumba.
